  Poor Service for a rough day. We went out for a whaleshark tour, but were rewarded with way too windy wheather, huge waves and seasickness of more than half of the guys on the ship and no whaleshark. This was not the only thing which really bothered us, because one could argue that nobody can guarantee for good and calm wheather when being on board. From that day on, we tried to go again, with the voucher we got, because the crew was really nice and helpful. On 3 consecutive days we were booked on the next tour, but the tour was canceled in the early morning, so always getting up early to come to the shop, to hear that it's cancelled... really no holiday feeling... Despite one could cancel the tour the day before, when the wheather is obvoiusly not workable, we found out that in the shop the staff told other customers, that they saw a whaleshark on the tour we were on, which I think is a total no-go. You shouldn't lie to get people to join your tour. Btw. we could not refund our return vouchers, stayed 3 days longer than planned, without having another tour, and were really disappointed about the unhelpfull and then also unfriendly staff in the shop.
  In the end we made a tour in Exmouth, having a blast, with a much better cancellation/ no-sighting fee than in coral bay.
